* Domani Star is a quaint 40 seat restaurant with a 4 seat counter next to an OPEN KITCHEN  
   (Some say the best seats in the house)

* Watch your food being prepared. Ask Chris or Urbano any questions you may have.

* Jess, Chris & Urbano started cooking together in Westport, Ct. in 1991.

* We have remained together as a team for 19 years. 

* Together we have 65 years of experience that we bring for you.

* There are 3 chefs in the kitchen. Chris, Urbano & Victor (Salads & desserts).

* If the restaurant is open, the 3 of us are here preparing your food. Lunch and dinner. 
  This is a rarity in restaurants and is part of the foundation of our Quality & Consistency.

*  We have very low turnover with our staff. Again a rarity in this field. Our staff is family.
    They are dedicated to you, our guests, and to Domani Star. They are very good at what
    they do and I believe it shows.  

* If what you want isn't on the menu, ask. We'll make it for you if we are able.

* Give me a day or two notice, I'll get what you want and prepare it for you.

* This is not an inconvenience. I am grateful for the opportunity.  
  
* We are BYOB. You drink what you want to drink, not what the restaurant has to sell.

* You pay liquor store prices, not restaurant prices. (You save money)

* No corkage fee. Never had one, never will.
