Cosa Nuova* 14 – Crispy eggplant rollatini stuffed with fresh herbed ricotta. Served over light, fresh plum tomato sauce alongside citrus-dressed baby arugula.

Polpettine dei Bacaro di Venezia 18 – Beef & veal meatballs as served in the wine bars of Venice w/lemons, herbs

Antipasti alla Toscana 19 – Fresh Mozzarella, manchego, house made balsamic pearl onions, red peppers, hot Sopressata, procuitto di parma, aged breasola, and mixed olives

Pasta di Terra 26 – Taglaitelle tossed with crisp pancetta, wilted kale, and roasted mushrooms
served in a warm, flavorful sage gravy. Topped with herb and cornmeal encrusted chicken

Rotini Purgatory 27 Crisp pancetta and braised short rib served in our plum tomato sauce served  “a la carbonara” tossed with caramelized onions, tempered egg, fresh parsley, and parmesan.

Fazzoletti con Carne 28 Homemade fazzoletti noddles (little handkerchiefs) with slow cooked beef short rib, asparagus, and kabucha squash, and mozzarella. Served in an aromatic braising gravy topped with toasted breadcrumbs and parmesan

Pollo alla Scarpariello “Poppy’s Chicken” 26
Sautéed chicken breast topped with fresh mozzarella, sweet sausage, button mushrooms, spicy cherry peppers, and caramelized
